Odorous \O"dor*ous\, adjective [Written also {odourous}.] [L. odorus, fr. odor odor: cf. OF. odoros, odoreux.] Having or emitting an odor or scent, esp. a sweet odor; fragrant; sweet-smelling. "Odorous bloom." --Keble.

Such fragrant flowers do give most odorous smell. --Spenser. -- {O"dor*ous*ly}, adverb -- {O"dor*ous*ness}, n.
