I'm willing to give credit where credit is due. Pope Francis is exactly right on the need to fully believe the overwhelming scientific community on climate change and the need for a new economic system that takes care of the youth, the elderly and the unemployed. But on birth control, the Pope is dead wrong. I'm sorry, Pope Francis, but not fully and wholeheartedly endorsing birth control at this point in human history is almost unforgiveable, but according to scientists like Sam Harris, FREE WILL is an illusion so I forgive you as being a product of your genes, experiences and environment. I was born into a Catholic family and a marriage that was evenutally annulled. My mother's Catholic upbringing left her with no sexual knowledge whatsoever. I do not know who is responsible for wiring the human race with neuron-level telepathy, but they have given me demonstrations of their abilities to do puppet shows. I sat at a conference table in the Human Resources Headquarters for the Baby Bell phone company U.S. West in Phoenix in 1995. They routed a sentence through everybody sitting at the table and the sentence was a reference to something that only me and my ex-girlfriend knew. They had access to my life's memories. Once I sat at a diner across from the entrance to a movie theater. There was a long line stretching out into the courtyard. As my gaze started at the far end of the line and moving very slowly towards the theater, each face that I looked at snapped instantly to look in the opposite direction. It was scary. But, that's how they communicate with humans. They don't have bodies on our size scales. We are all droids to them. People are droids. Dolphins are droids. Raccoons are droids. Squirrels are droids. Unborn babies are droids. They are droids with nanotechnology. They have all the neurons wired with quantum telepathy. All neurons in the system are addressable, measurable and switchable in real time froma remote location. We are all 100% controllable droids to them. They are droids that have advanced nanotechnology. They are above us on the hierarchy of intelligence and technology. Humans are wind-up toys to them. They use us to tell complex educational true stories.

In 2012 they let me drive someone else. I was in a Wikileaks Chat describing a utility fog demonstration that had just occurred when suddenly, a benevolent authoritative voice said to me, "Ken, just relax. You are going to enjoy this." Suddenly, I felt totally safe and totally relaxed and I just kind of leaned back in my office chair and my head turned to the left and my gaze turned to where the wall met the ceiling on my left and my whole visual field was replaced in some kind of horizontal 3D special effect that included my current visual field turning into little panels that rotated in 3D in a vertical row from the top of my visual field to the bottom of my visual field, then that effect of panels turning over occured from left to right over a period of about a second until I was seeing someone elses point of view as they sat at a computer at a desk in a bedroom. Then that voice in my head said, "He can't hear us. Why don't you type him a message?" I was inside someone else's body and they were in the same Wikileaks Chat as me but in a dedicated client that was unfamiliar to me, unlike the web interface that I was using. I typed them a note, explaining who I was and that I was driving them. Their lips felt really dry and pasty and weird when I licked them. After I was finished with my note, I awoke sitting in my chair at my computer.

I got good SAT scores on my third try in high school. I just barely qualified for Mensa by a whisker. I never joined. I had a manic episode in college in which I flew 3 schoolmates dangerously low over the school. They kicked me out of college in my first quarter of my freshman year. I lost my pilots license for a year, but never renewed it. When I was working as a waiter in the Florida Keys, I re-took my FAA Private Pilot's Exam and passed, but at the time I couldn't afford to rent a plane for a check-out ride. Now I wouldn't qualify due to my medications and mental illness.

This started out as an HTML front-end to the DICT open source English dictionary, but over time it's evolved into my blog about my mental illness, banking reform, poverty relief, universal healthcare, plans for providing a universal basic income, advanced nanotechnology and futuristic replacements to the public benefits that I receive. I'm on Social Security Disability but I'm really smart and I'm making myself useful to the taxpayers by formatting all of my actions and behaviors to be as educational as possible.

Since part of my mental illness is that I lack common sense fears, I might as well use my lack of fear to bravely address social and economic injustice, inequality and corruption. I will directly challenge all world governments to replace their entire banking systems with a new all internet-based free and real time online virtual central bank that pays for everything including homes and land, all infrastructure, lifelong free health care, lifelong free education and a lifelong income for all the citizens everywhere.

We totally automated the whole system. We fired all the governments, banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, the entire debt industry, the entire taxation industry. We took over. I used to spam the United Nations with my banking reform ideas. They subscribed me to the United Nations Foundation mailing list. There is epic poverty in the world. Some people can't get clean water to drink. Many people have no education or health care at all. Most governments are corrupt. Resources and natural wealth are squandered. Many countries have few paved roads but all the young men have machine guns and no job. There is real human suffering in the world. My name is Ken. All my life I've been interested in computers and high tech stuff. When I was a kid I was really smart. I developed my PTSD in my childhood, but I was still very smart and able to do math. However, in my adulthood I developed a form of schizophrenia called schizoaffective disorder.

Psychosis. That's what mental health professionals call it when you believe things that most of science does not because there is no detectable evidence to support it. In my case, I believe that Libertarian scientists in the private sector, probably Richard Feynman, Carl Sagan, Marvin Minsky and Bell Laboratories working with the U.S. Navy got advanced nanotechnology and figured out the brain in the 1970s, when they turned me into an android. What am I supposed to do, ask the Navy? They'd say I'm delusional. Feynman, Sagan and Minsky are now dead. This would be the most secret technology in the world. I don't know what secrets they took with them to the grave, but these are the sorts of gods that Pagans like me look to for inspiration. Anyway, now my job is to help the human race let go of the status quo.

I do not remember the exact dates, but based on that part of my childhood when I was being babysitted by the neighbor 3 houses down, I believe I was in the first grade when I was raped by one of the four teenage sons of my babysitter. I was a very sensitive kid and my response to the stress of the rape was to dissociate. While I was screaming in pain with a hand over my mouth, he both made me promise to stop screaming and he made me promise that I wouldn't tell anybody or else he'd kill me. I never told anybody but I dissociated and became somebody else who didn't remember the incident until later in life. At some point, I decided to become the character, "Spock" from Star Trek. I was Spock. Not sure where that falls on the timeline.

Shortly after that, I heard the voices of several male scientists and one female scientist who introduced themselves to me while I sat in the pews of La Purisma Catholic Church. They asked me to consent to being controlled by them. They said that it would help a lot of people and I wouldn't notice the difference. I consented. Anyway, they asked me to confirm my consent to them by nodding my head. I nodded my head. They expressed deep gratitude and thanks and reassured me that I was, "Very brave." I never noticed the difference, but from that point forward I had a severe disability in the form of total openness and transparency and a dangerous deficit of fear. On the other hand, they gave me dream virtual reality. I wet the bed until I was 13. I always just relieved myself in dream VR, rather than stopping a dream to wake up and go to the bathroom.

Anyway, right then and there they programmed me with a life story that was a flood of images and they wired into my brain a set of philanthropic and humanitarian values and secular libertarian first principles and goals. From that point forward, I believe, I have been an advanced nanotechnology-based benevolent secular savior droid. I am saying to the whole world that I am a robot, my neurons are wired for two-way telepathy, I am controlled by benevolent higher powers and I have given all the authorities all over the world a total heads up on my illness. They take me seriously. I am free to use THC and write my blog. I buy my own groceries and computers. With the help of Uncle Sam and my mother, I am now out of commercial debt. I require 15mg of Lexapro, 200mg of Wellbutrin, 240mg of Geodon, 200mg of Lamictal, 20mg of Lovastatin and about $120/month of THC-based products.

My name is Ken. I am crazy. My whole life I've been Crazy Ken. "Ken is crazy in a good way," they used to say. My brother and father always said that I was a genius with no common sense. Based on my high school SAT scores I was able to get a membership into Mensa in 2017, but the truth is much of my intellectual capacity has been lost over the years to over-the-counter, prescription and illegal drugs and multiple total nervous breakdowns. The tech sector in the U.S. wants to create a new heaven on earth marketplace where all vendors are allowed to sell to all consumers in a futuristic all-digital real time monetary system in which the entire global economy is represented virtually with a little computer-aided distribution of the real estate and natural wealth so as to maximize citizen equality and fairness and justice. I am a socially and ecologically responsible Libertarian who believes in creating a tax-free virtual economy that replaces our current global monetary system. Basically, in virtual reality, the programmers are God. You have omnipotent power in VR, from a designer's perspective. Wealth inequality is easily solved in VR. All producers are paid fair market value for their products regardless of who is consuming the product. We want our consumers to live in systems where money is entirely unnecessary and yet they have access to all products in all markets.

Ken creates an ecological catastrophe. Now all the primitives are wasting resources and spending unwisely. We can let computers pay for everything, but there must be spending limits for the sake of sustainability and keeping a little bit of a lid on the consumption. $1714 U.S. IN VIRTUAL CURRENCY

I'm not sure who said that but I'm not sure that I agree.

If we created a virtual central bank to replace the entire banking, insurance, mortgage and taxation industries, we, with our godlike powers, can buy all the private property and give it to the occupants and tenants. In the same step, you are peacefully getting rid of all corrupt governments, in a way that the governments are aware of and will submit to. Instant citizen equality to the degree to which we are all left with private property of value, zero cost of living and no more fear of eviction.

We are all retired private property owners in a system where we can get anything we want from anywhere in the world for free, with some automated scorekeeping to ensure that all producers and merchants are fairly and freely rewarded for their products and services (at no cost to consumers). This is good for Caterpillar, Tesla, SpaceX, Solar City, Costco, UPS, FedEx, and the road building industry, home building industry, the green energy infrastructure industry, the green transportation infrastructure industry, the health care industry, the education industry and the human race as a whole.

Everything is free and yet producers, distributors and shippers are all rewarded for their products and services without charges or fees to producers, merchants and consumers. We will make sure that all necessary workers are well rewarded for their expertise and labor. We still need auto repair shops, except going forward, they will be repairing electric cars. We all get a free electric car. We will upgrade the grids and infrastructure to support an entirely green energy and green transportation infrastructure everwhere. We'll bring the third world into modernity with modern roads, bridges, highways, water and sewar systems, but we will condition them to have green values in order that they reduce their carbon footprint while entering full modernity with a full emphasis on electric vehicles, solar energy, preservation of biodiversity and nonhuman ecosystems. I support ecologically responsible scientists. No more pillaging of the natural resources. We are going to need oil for asphalt, but as an energy source for cars, we are as of now off oil. I am suggesting that we create a data center that would cost about $1.5 billion. The NSA has a $1.5 billion data center in Utah that's sole purpose is recording signals from the internet all over the world to the radio frequency spectrum covering every single point on Earth or at the least, points of military interest. Those signals might as well be customer financial transactions.

With that kind of bandwidth and storage capacity, we could create an all virtual online central bank. In virtual reality you can take full control of the economy, give everybody their homes, while creating a totally free banking system that allows any producer anywhere on earth to sell to any consumer anywhere on earth without taxation, debt or bank fees of any kind.

We, as in the human race, have the technology through the internet, both wired and wireless, and through the worlds of cloud computing providers like Amazon, Microsoft and Google, have more than enough computing capacity to make banking totally free and real time for everyone without government spying. We work peacefully with the governments to peacefully retire all governments. All government workers now are homeowners with private property, a lifelong guaranteed income, and the freedom to travel.

Right now merchants have to pay banks a transaction fee for all purchases. For $1.5 billion, we, as in the smart people, could create an all-internet based virtual bank that replaces all payment systems. Free commerce. No more bank fees. Lots more customers. I recommend this $1.5 billion virtual central bank be completely private, while simultaneously taking over the funding functions for all public funding everywhere.

Since you're getting rid of taxation, you are are getting rid of coercive authorities who imprison people. This puts a permanent end to the war on drugs and funds mental health care for all the drug addicts without taxation, debt or bank fees of any kind.

You wouldn't use mainframe computers. The current banking system uses mainframe computers, that's why the ACH clearing house takes 48 hours to transfer money between checking accounts. The banks are using mainframe computers to do all their money transfers in nightly batches.

Modern technology uses cloud computing, which is massively scalable parallel virtual computers each with the power of a PC.

If we did all our banking within an entirely virtual online free central bank, money transfers would be immediate, free and real time.

You would still buy things with payment cards and smartphones, but all the payments would be single payer, occuring out of thin air in virtual reality. Just to prevent over consumption you may want to have virtual representations of local currencies to keep markets operational but for the unemployed you would still have a basic income without coercive taxation of any kind.

It's a whole new banking model that is highly political, but it's from a left libertarian perspective in the sense of libertarian socialism without taxation and contrary to libertarian socialism in that it fully supports private property. The global banking authority is an egalitarian anti-authoritarian to the bone.

Basically this is a very high level overview of a left libertarian political system in which all of society's banking functions have been automated so that any producer can sell to any consumer anywhere on earth in a free and real time monetary system that gets rid of taxation and debt. It's my benevolent world government optimistic pipe dream. It represents sort of a benevolent final economic solution for the scientific community to be socially and ecologically responsible by creating a money no object virtual banking system that will allow us to develop the third world and make the wireless internet truly global without taxation or debt.

I don't see why that isn't a set of libertarian principles and goals that brings together science, secularism and social and ecological responsibility.

In terms of law enforcement and crime, since you are moving to an entirely virtual banking model, you can just digitally buy out all the private property and give it to the occupants and tenants. This would replace all the financing and public service functions of the government. You would completely privatize and decentralize all federal and state governments. There would need to be new public administrations to manage the maintenance of public infrastructure, but those would not be any existing administrations that are part of Uncle Sam. Probably more state level, but fully funded by the virtual central bank.

There would be much less crime and war.

You wouldn't need war fighting capacity because there wouldn't be war because all citizens will be private property owners and their income would be guaranteed by the virtual central bank.

Yes, it's political. It's a VERY LONG TERM PLAN. The monetary system and banking model would change. No more taxes. No more debt. No more federal government anywhere. All government workers are now private citizens who own their homes with the power to travel freely and to purchase any product sold anywhere on Earth.

Unfortunately it can be jarring to look at, hence I'm not doing myself any favors in terms of attracting a rational audience. There is a method to my madness, though, and if you can suffer my visually jarring communications style you might find the actual underlying ideas to be worthy of constructive comment.

OK, I removed the line about the recall election. I'm just super frustrated with the Trump nightmare and I'm eager to fight back in any constructive way I can. I pay my monthly dues to the ACLU and Planned Parenthood. I believe he is a clear and present danger and that the sooner he leaves the better. Mitch McConnell stole Obama's Supreme Court Seat. The whole gang is corrupt and needs to go.

The whole system is compromised and needs to be redesigned. These guys are dropping billions on missile destroyers and they can't put together a simple bank to fund massive infrastructure, road and housing project investments in Afghanistan, Africa, China, Europe, India, Russia, the Middle East and North Korea and at home.

Ralph Merkle is a world famous co-inventor of public key cryptography and he is also a famous nanotechnologist with interests in quantum computing. He wrote this essay in 1994 on how to scan a brain with molecular precision. I believe they did this to me at some point in my early childhood in the 1970s. They were studying the brain and they raised me in a controlled setting and because I wet the bed I went to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for a scan of my bladder. It was all a set up.

Somehow, I get to use the internet and say whatever I want. I talk about taking over the world and creating a whole new monetary system in which computers pay for everything and everybody owns their home and property. That would eliminate the banking, insurance, mortgage, property rental and taxation industries in their entirety. All of the services provided by those industries will be provided in real time for free. Free and real time banking. Everything is free, and yet, everyone is rewarded and everyone gets paid.

My suggestions would make me the world's most dangerous man. Surely I am a threat to the whole global economic system. Yet, I am still online and I feel safe as ever.
